Dan Davison is a composer and choir director from the state of Washington, where he spent his entire 40-year career teaching junior high choir. Although now retired from public education, Dan continues to compose music and perform professionally with Male Ensemble Northwest.
Dan has more than 50 titles in print from publishers such as Walton, BriLee, Hinshaw, and Pavane. His most recent endeavors are focused on writing music for unbalanced choirs, especially those with only a handful of tenors and basses.
Dan has served as a clinician at state, regional, and national ACDA conventions, and continues to serve as a guest conductor throughout the Northwest.
